The new contract terms for sustainability due diligence developed by the National Agency for Public Procurement, Adda Central Purchasing Body and the Sweden Regions will be launched in December 2022 or January 2023.

In addition to the contract terms, there will be guidance for both procuring organizations and suppliers to the public sector.
